Order & Payment Process
Here’s the full journey, from choosing a product to receiving it – so everything stays clear and transparent.
1. Product Selection
Browse our catalog (forged knives, hoes, axes, sickles, and other hand-forged tools) and pick the product you’d like.
2. Checkout
Add the product to your cart, then fill in your shipping details (name, address, contact number) to proceed to payment.
3. Choosing a Payment Method
- Domestic Orders (Indonesia): processed via Midtrans, with QRIS, Debit Card, and other options.
- International Orders: processed via Stripe, supporting international debit cards.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is verified by Midtrans or Stripe, your order status automatically updates to “Processing”, and we’ll send a confirmation to your email.
5. Packing & Shipping
Our team carefully inspects and packs your order, then ships it:
- Domestic Orders (Indonesia): via Pos Indonesia, within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- International Orders: via FedEx, with delivery time depending on the destination country.
A tracking number will be sent so you can follow your package.
6. Receiving Your Order
When your package arrives, we recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package – this will be useful if a claim is needed later (see our Refund & Return Policy).
